NOMI Living Space
NOMI VILLAGE

A life that works for you

A next-generation autonomous village where technology, nature and economy work as one system.

Imagine a place where the morning begins not with city noise, but with silence, light and the feeling that everything around you is yours — and made for you.

Where the home does not burden you, but supports you.
Where food is real.
Where energy is your own.
Where life is under your control.

Nomi Village is a space designed for calm, free and meaningful living.

01 / living-space

A space you want to live in

A space you want to live in

Every home in Nomi Village is a carefully designed personal space.

You have your own plot, your own silence, your own rhythm. No dense development, no visual noise — only air, light and harmony.

The home opens into nature: a terrace, a garden, a place to rest. Inside, everything you need for comfortable living and work.

Across the whole village, there is wired internet. No unnecessary radiation. No loss of stability. Only a reliable connection to the world.

02 / autonomy

Autonomy as the foundation of freedom

Nomi Village is designed so that you can depend less and control more.

Energy

Energy

Solar panels and storage systems provide the Village with its own energy. Smart resource distribution helps use every kilowatt efficiently.

Water

Water

Rainwater collection, filtration and reuse create a closed cycle. Water becomes a resource, not a cost.

Food

Food

A local food ecosystem is formed within the Village. Food is not simply brought in — it is grown. You know its origin and quality.

  • shared gardens
  • greenhouses
  • a chicken coop with fresh eggs
  • goats for milk and cheese
  • fruit trees
03 / life-environment

Nomi Village has everything needed for a full everyday life:

a small 8×4 m swimming pool
a community center for meetings and events
coworking and quiet work zones
children’s and sports spaces
rest areas and firepit zones

Movement inside the Village is by foot or bicycle. Cars are placed in a shared parking area outside the residential zone.

06 / smart-clean-environment

A smart and clean environment

A smart and clean environment

Technology here is almost invisible, but it works constantly:

  • wired internet throughout the territory
  • weather station with weather analysis
  • gas analyzers for air quality control
  • energy and water monitoring systems
  • digital platform for Village management

This combination of nature and technology creates a resilient and safe ecosystem.

07 / additional-elements

To make life feel complete, the Village is complemented by:

wellness area: sauna and cold plunge
workshops: repair, production and creative work
educational spaces
recycling and composting system
forest garden and permaculture

Everything here is connected — and everything works for quality of life.

08 / essence

The essence of Nomi Village

This is not about escaping the city. It is about creating a new system of living.

Where technology serves people. Where nature is part of everyday life. Where autonomy creates freedom. Where community strengthens each person.

Nomi Village is a place where life becomes real.

09 / global-ecosystem

The global Nomi Village ecosystem

Nomi Village is not a single point on the map. It is a network of autonomous settlements around the world, united by one ideology and one system of living.

The project is designed from the beginning as global infrastructure — so that a person is not tied to one place, but can move freely while keeping a familiar standard of living, environment and community.

This is a new format of mobility: not tourism and not emigration, but life inside a unified ecosystem.

Nomi Village residents can live, travel and temporarily move between villages in different countries while keeping access to housing, infrastructure, community and income opportunities.

What stays with you when you move

access to housing
familiar infrastructure
one shared community
income opportunities
quality of life without being tied to one country
10 / first-phase

First phase: launching the core of the system

At the first stage, three key Villages are launched to form the foundation of the global network.

These three points are chosen as a balance of climate, culture and geography. They create a basis for year-round living and movement within the system.

The first three locations

Europe — the northern coast of Spain
Southeast Asia — the suburbs of Da Nang, Vietnam
East Asia — Yunnan Province, China

The first phase is about forming the core: testing the model, launching the economy and building the community.

11 / global-scaling

Scaling: a network around the world

Over the next several years, around 20 Nomi Villages are planned to be launched across all continents.

The development geography includes different climate, cultural and economic zones — so that the network becomes truly global and year-round.

  • United States
  • Canada

  • Costa Rica
  • Panama

12 / network-ideology

The ideology of the network

Each village is an independent autonomous system. But together, they form one global environment.

This means that a person can change country, climate and context without losing quality of life, infrastructure or the feeling of home.

This means

shared standards of living and infrastructure
one unified community
the ability to move without losing quality of life
a distributed economy
flexibility and freedom of choice

You can live in Europe, spend the winter in Asia, spend several months in South America — and still feel at home everywhere.

13 / new-life-model

A new model of living

Nomi Village creates not just places to live, but a global system.

It is a system where home, community, mobility and resilience become part of one logic of life.

the home becomes part of a network
community goes beyond one location
mobility becomes natural
the world becomes accessible without losing stability

This is a transition from living in one fixed point to living in a distributed system around the world.

14 / location-selection

How we choose locations for Nomi Village

Every Nomi Village location is not a random point on a map. It is the result of careful selection, where nature, safety, logistics and long-term resilience meet.

We are not simply looking for beautiful places. We are looking for territories where a living system can work for decades.

Choosing each location combines rational analysis with the philosophy of the project: to create a space where people can live calmly, safely and sustainably.

1. Ecology and environmental quality

The first and key factor is the cleanliness of the environment.

  • clean air and low industrial pressure
  • quality water or the ability to purify it autonomously
  • absence of major pollution sources
  • a favorable climate for year-round or long-term living
  • the possibility of growing food

These are places where nature is not decoration, but the foundation of life.

2. Physical safety

Safety is a basic condition.

  • low crime levels in the region
  • absence of social tension
  • a stable and calm local environment
  • low population density
  • absence of aggressive urbanization
  • distance from natural risk zones: floods, fires, landslides
  • seismic stability of the region

Nomi Village is a place where a person feels calm not only inside the home, but also beyond it.

3. Balance between remoteness and access

The Village should not be isolated. But it should not be part of the city either.

  • 20–40 minutes to the nearest city
  • access to basic infrastructure: shops, services, healthcare
  • availability of emergency services: ambulance and fire response
  • silence and privacy without losing access to help

4. Transport accessibility

Each location must be part of the global network.

  • an international airport within 100–150 km
  • travel time up to 1.5–2 hours
  • quality roads
  • convenient local mobility
  • the ability to move easily between Villages around the world

5. Legal and institutional environment

We choose jurisdictions where the project can develop sustainably.

  • transparent rules for land ownership or long-term lease
  • a clear legal system
  • a stable political environment
  • the possibility to operate housing, agriculture, tourism and services
  • no excessive restrictions on infrastructure development

The Village must be not only physically resilient, but also legally protected.

6. Autonomy potential

Each location is assessed through the lens of autonomous living.

  • enough sunny days for energy generation
  • access to water
  • land suitable for agriculture
  • a climate that allows food to be grown
  • the ability to reduce dependence on external supply chains

7. Local integration

Nomi Village does not isolate itself from the surrounding world; it integrates carefully into it.

  • respect for local culture
  • opportunities to cooperate with local residents
  • development of the local economy
  • no conflict with the territory
  • strengthening the region instead of competing with it

8. The energy of the place

There is a factor that is difficult to measure, but impossible to ignore.

  • openness
  • silence
  • natural harmony
  • visual clarity

These are places where a person can exhale.

Result

Every Nomi Village point is not just geography. It is a carefully selected environment.

We are not simply creating settlements. We are creating a network of places where people can live well — anywhere in the world.
